Welcome to Strength Of A Woman!!!
Nickeisha is the founder and CEO of Royal Gems (www.royalgems.ca) and will be hosting, interviewing/profiling various women of character across Canada. These women demonstrate strength, authenticity and all things beautiful. They will share their journies to self-discovery, independence and inspire all those currently facing limitiations(real or perceived) in attaining true happiness.
Nickeisha will also be interviewing women participating in the Beauty Is... program/event. These women are women Nickeisha often refers to as "strength in training". They are gems yet to be discovered and appreciated for their true worth...for now. They will discuss some of the challenges they have faced or are currently facing relating to societal perceptions, low self-esteem, abuse, body images etc.
