Show-April 8th

Lori Moore is the founder and CCO (Chief Candle Officer) of Firefly Flickers, a home business that produces hand-poured natural soy wax candles. Lori’s professional career was cut short after 13 years of sales and marketing experience when Bell Canada downsized 2500 managers late summer 2008. While looking for employment in a declining economy, Lori turned her creative passion into profit and launched Firefly Flickers in November of that same year. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Lori is raising her three nephews and one niece who came to live with her in 2006. It was a difficult transition from single career girl to full time parent but it has been a very rewarding experience. Lori has also been very involved in supporting her local community by championing events for Junior Achievement and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Firefly Flickers natural soy candles are available for purchase at http://www.fireflyflickers.com/ or please call 416.996.9975.
