Caird is the founder and president of New Road Coaching. Newroad is a boutique coaching firm designed to provide intensive one-on-one personal and business coaching services. Our clients are entrepreneurs, executives, individuals in family business, athletes and entertainers.

Prior to becoming a Coach, Caird spent 18 years in the film and television industry as an actor, casting director and producer. During the span of her career she has worked with many of the industries finest entertainers and producers, including Charles Bronson, Dan Akroyd, Paul Anka, Don Carmody and Paul Haggis. From her years with Alliance Atlantis to her more recent projects with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Caird has held significant positions on television and film productions valued in the millions of dollars.

As a coach, Caird uses her production savvy and “anything is possible “philosophy to encourage her clients to look beyond their perceived reality to the “big picture” possibilities of their lives. Her clients learn quickly how to broaden their perspectives and inevitably their accomplishments.

After studying Health Sciences in university, Tara's path led to the Transformational Arts College, where she completed the Holistic Health Care Practitioner program and her Reiki Masters. Tara continued with study in channeling & mediumship, Sound Healing and vibrational arts which further developed a deeper knowing of self, cleared limiting belief patterns and old traumas and heightened my intuitive healing abilities. As always, synchronistic events and divine guidance led to the study of cell memory, holographic release, quantum physics and Theta Healing, which opened new areas of integrated energy healing, sacred geometry, light and healing through unconditional love! Tara's most recent learning adventure returned her full circle to her roots in yoga, completing a Yoga Teacher’s Training program in Costa Rica.

In a healing setting she facilitates in clearing old and often limiting belief patterns, thoughts, and emotions, painful traumas and energetic blocks. Lori Moore is the founder and CCO (Chief Candle Officer) of Firefly Flickers, a home business that produces hand-poured natural soy wax candles. Lori’s professional career was cut short after 13 years of sales and marketing experience when Bell Canada downsized 2500 managers late summer 2008. While looking for employment in a declining economy, Lori turned her creative passion into profit and launched Firefly Flickers in November of that same year. Nickeisha will also be interviewing women participating in the Beauty Is... program/event. These women are women Nickeisha often refers to as "strength in training". They are gems yet to be discovered and appreciated for their true worth...for now. They will discuss some of the challenges they have faced or are currently facing relating to societal perceptions, low self-esteem, abuse, body images etc.
